NGC4388
The galaxy NGC 4388 belongs to the Hubble class SA(s)b. The classification is uncertain because the galaxy is seen almost edge-on. Its disk is inclined by 82° with respect to the sky plane. This galaxy has a distance median value of 19.2 Mpc. A bright radio jet emerges from the nucleus, but is not resolved in the images shown below.
